How Does Philly Work?

The City's Department of Records has teamed up with the Atwater Kent Museum to put on a four-Thursday series entitled "How Does Philly Work" showing how the City will use its new geographic information system (GIS) to track crime and public health issues, deal with tax issues, review building codes and more.
